Damn Kobe's extension

Maybe I've talked about this already, but this extension bothers me so much (as a Lakers fan, not a Thunder fan). It's way too much money, even for Kobe. The dude's going to be 35 before this extension is over. $84 mil for 3 years? Really? And so back-loaded that he's going to earn around $30 mil in the final year? WHEN HE'S 34??? All I have to say is I seriously hope that Artest, Odom, Walton, and Bynum don't break down during those extension years (for Lakers fans... Oh crap for Bynum)... Because there isn't a way out. You can't even trade the guy without his consent. This is some bleak future unless Kobe produces 3 more MVP seasons with 3 more rings (I ain't gon lie, not possible with the Thunder on the scene).
