Beethoven's 9th

Aight, so I had like 3 weeks or so to write this paper that basically describes a musical work in detail. So I was looking for works, and found "Ode to Joy", which is Beethoven's 9th. We all know that tune, but I did not know that this thing was over an hour long. So I decided to listen to the whole thing. After all, if I have to write about the thing it would seem wasteful to not listen to it at least once. So I looked it up and listened, and DAMN DAMN DAMN DAMN my life is changed. That is some seriously amazing stuff. Musical perfection. You have to put an hour aside to listen to it if you haven't before. And this dude wrote it when he was already deaf. Yeah, you read that right. He couldn't hear much. AND HE STILL WROTE THIS AMAZING PIECE. Brilliant. Now I just have to translate that to a paper for school and MONEY! :)
