Sarcasm

Technology is great. That isn't a sarcastic remark in any way. I could list all of the advantages that technology gives us... but everyone knows that even I don't have that time... or that motivation. All I know is that chat programs are great... except for one thing. It's way too hard to convey sarcasm. I'm a VERY sarcastic person, and I just love using sarcasm... even when the situation doesn't call for it. But it's too hard to use it online. People just think you're dead serious, and it gives off the wrong impression. I'm being unrealistic here, but wouldn't it be great if there was a "sarcasm" button that lets a chat program convey sarcasm to make it obvious? Yeah i know there are ways to form a statement to make it sarcastic in nature, but I'm a math major, not an English major. I'm starting to rant and lost track of why i wrote this in the first place so...
